RWB Donates Equipment to Honduran Hospital

TEGUCIGALPA - March 9, 2012- The international organization "Radiologists without Borders" has donated important medical equipment to Hospital Escuela in Tegucigalpa, to improve the level of medical care provided to patients.

The representatives of Radiologists without Borders have also been researching about the various insufficiencies of the country's health system overall.

 

The total value of equipment donated, including an ultrasound machine, a CT scanner, and an MRI, is around two million lempiras [USD 101,000].

 

The representatives of Radiologists without Borders will provide delivery and personnel training for all of the donated equipment. (GZ).
